Hvorfor bruger du din tid på Denmark Chapter of ICF?

My goal is to democratise coaching to make it more widely available to employees in a company. That is why I joined the board of Denmark Chapter of ICF, to help with the visibility of the power of coaching and promote coaching excellence. I experienced myself the impact of coaching, when I worked at Sony. Working on my self awareness allowed me to understand where I thrive, where I can make a difference, and express my boundaries. I want now to give it forward.

Din rolle i Denmark Chapter of ICF

I am the President Elect and Director of Communications. In collaboration with the other board members, I see my role as creating value for our members by fostering a local community for both Danish and international coaches, where people feel connected, share knowledge, and support one another. I also see my role as contributing to the promotion of coaching excellence in Denmark and increasing the visibility of ICF certified coaches in Denmark.

Hvordan kan medlemmerne hjælpe?

This community creates its value through our members, by showing up at events and sharing knowledge with one another. I would like to continue fostering this close and open dialogue with you, so keep sharing your needs/ideas with us, and we will do our best to support/accommodate them. If you would like to contribute, we warmly welcome volunteers to support the board. We are already fortunate to have strong support through our networks, and we would love to build on that together to do more.
