Chiara Hille is an HR Business Partner, internal Coach, and facilitator at EY. With a background in business and economics, she brings strong project management and people-development expertise. As an ICF-certified Coach, she creates safe, supportive spaces for personal and professional growth. Chiara has been on the Denmark Chapter of ICF board since January 2026, serving as Director of Finance.

I am motivated to contribute to the community that shaped my own professional and personal growth. Coaching helped me find clarity, direction, and authenticity, and I want to give back by supporting Denmark Chapter of ICF’s mission. For me, serving on the board is a meaningful way to strengthen the Coaching profession and support its impact in Denmark.
