Before establishing her coaching practice, Victoria spent over 15 years as a senior Strategic People Leader within International Organisations. Her career has been defined by leading organisational change and global people culture strategies. She possesses an understanding of the systemic pressures of global organisations and her work within the UN, NGO and non-profit sectors provides her with a grounded, empathetic perspective. Victoria is an ICF Accredited Coach and Fellow of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD).
