I am an ICF-certified Leadership Coach (ACC) working with women and international professionals who want to lead with greater confidence, clarity and authenticity.
My clients often come to coaching at a point of transition, increased responsibility or when they feel that something needs to change. They may be navigating leadership challenges, questioning their direction, struggling with self-doubt or overthinking, or wanting to communicate and set boundaries more effectively.
I help clients strengthen their self-leadership, trust their own judgement and make conscious choices that are aligned with who they are and how they want to lead.
Alongside my coaching practice, I have extensive experience as a social worker and facilitator, supporting people through complex change, relationships and challenging life situations. I work in English, Danish and Polish.
Coaching tilgang og erfaring
My coaching is relational, reflective and practical. I create a space where clients can slow down, think deeply and explore not only what they want to change, but also what may be keeping them stuck. My approach integrates systemic and narrative coaching, parts-informed work, Positive Intelligence, values work and principles from the Thinking Environment. I am particularly interested in the connection between self-trust and leadership, how our inner patterns influence the way we make decisions, communicate, set boundaries and show up in relationships and at work. I support clients in discovering their own perspectives, strengths and choices. Our work often moves between deeper reflection and concrete experiments or actions that clients can take into their everyday lives. I hold an ICF ACC credential and have completed professional coach training through Henley Business School, alongside continuing education in systemic and narrative approaches, parts work, mentor coaching and psychological safety.
