Om mig
I coach leaders where the pressure is real: at the negotiation table, in the leadership team and in the boardroom.
I bring more than 25 years of senior leadership in consumer goods and retail, at Beiersdorf, Orkla, Coop and Rynkeby, and today as Managing Director in the Danish FMCG sector. I have answered to demanding owners, led a turnaround and made the call when there was no perfect option. I coach from the leader’s chair, not from the sidelines, so my clients never have to explain their world to me.
I work with CEOs, executives, leadership teams and commercial leaders who perform well, but who know there is a gap between how they lead on a good day and how they lead when the stakes are high.
Coaching tilgang og erfaring
My coaching is rooted in Gestalt. I stay fully present with you and keep my own answers out of the room, because the answer that lasts is the one you find yourself. The core of my work is behaviour under pressure, not technique. Using the Drama Triangle and the Winner's Triangle, you place yourself on the map and we explore how you react when it matters: rescuing, controlling, withdrawing. From there we work on what you choose instead. Lumina Learning's psychometrics are a frequent starting point for building self-awareness quickly and precisely. I hold the AoEC Advanced Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching and I am an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and a Lumina Learning Practitioner. I have more than 300 hours of paid coaching with leaders in Denmark, the UK, Germany and Spain. I coach in Danish and English, in person in Copenhagen and online.
