With over 15 years of experience in Communications training, consulting and coaching, Ioana has worked with leaders in industries such as banking, security, tech, pharma, FMCG, and energy, as well as policy experts (European Training Foundation and the EU Joint Research Centre), independent researchers and start-up founders (as advisor to the global accelerator Antler VC).
Her areas of expertise are Public Speaking, Confidence, and Executive Presence. To date, Ioana has supported over 20 speakers to deliver their TEDxTalks, at TEDx events on 3 continents.
Ioana holds a Master’s degree in European Studies, and is a Gestalt Professional Certified Coach (GPCC) and Master NeuroMindfulness Coach.
